Cancellation Policy

 Force Majeure / Acts of God

Delaney Group Developments Ltd shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to fulfill any obligation under this

agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

- Acts of God (e.g. floods, storms, natural disasters)

- Fire, explosion, or natural emergencies

- Pandemic or epidemic outbreaks

- Terrorism, war, or national emergencies

- Labour disputes, strikes, or industrial action

- Delays, stoppages, or restrictions caused by local authorities, protected structure regulations, zoning laws,

or construction permissions

- Utility failures or communication breakdowns

- Delays in planned or ongoing construction due to external interference

The Homeowner will notify the Student of any such events as soon as reasonably possible. This clause does not remove the Student's obligation to pay rent but allows for reasonable flexibility in access or conditions if long-term disruption occurs.

Down Payment on Rent & Deposit: 50% refund

Down Payment on Rent & Deposit: Non-refundable
